Jennifer and her team were so helpful, and provided us with such great customer service during our shopping experience. Jennifer was so flexible with her schedule to accommodate our schedules. She really went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. She never pushed us into any vehicle, but tried to really understand our buying requirements. We came away with a very affordable vehicle that fit our budget and driving needs. Purchasing a certified used car at Kenny Ross they presented us with a warranty, and some extra offers dealing with ongoing maintenance. Worst customer service experience in the service area. The service department confirmed an online appointment for a service it couldn't provide at the time of the service and then blamed its third party v The service department confirmed an online appointment for a service it couldn't provide at the time of the service and then blamed its third party vendor for scheduling the appointment. Why use the third party vendor, then? KENNY ROSS FAIL. I contacted a service consultant via email about the situation following my appointment. Two weeks later and I still have received no response. KENNY ROSS FAIL. Kenny Ross did not note my warranty in my service history, so now I am looking at a bill because a different dealer didn't see the warranty. KENNY ROSS FAIL. I won't be returning to Kenny Ross for service or a new car, and I interact with a lot of people who will hear about this KENNY ROSS FAILURE. More

Steve was friendly and helpful in all aspects of my Tacoma purchase. He let me know when they would be getting in my specific color choice.
