We had a great sales experience with Tony Trapuzzano. Without the haggling! After the sale, we took our new Highlander in for some assessories to be installed. This new Toyota facility was great for waiting while our vehicle was serviced as they have a nice large waiting area with tv, chairs, couches, and tables. Mr. Bannon took the time and patience to thoroughly guide me thru the lease process and explain the cost structure of both the vehicle and the lease contract. He never once had a forceful attitude but one of caring to insure I was not only comfortable with the vehicle selection but also the millage needed and method of payment. His demeanor during the entire purchase which included phone messages, e-mail updates and personal meetings were of the most professional and comfortable I have ever experienced during any of my vehicle ownerships over many years.
