Ihor Koval We recently went shopping for a 2016 Avalon Limited at Kenny Ross. We had specific colors and options that were required to make the deal. Ihor Koval worked with us for nearly 2 weeks to locate a car that met the requirements. Once we were able to locate the car, Ihor followed up with great communications on the status, delivery and final steps. Ihor also spent time with us reviewing all of the new options, and contacted our insurance agent to make sure everything was in order. We would not hesitate to work with Ihor on our next purchase and would recommend him to our friends and family. More

Great buying experience I was purchasing my 2016 4 runner through a buying program from my credit union. Marcus was in contact with me before I got off the phone with the cre I was purchasing my 2016 4 runner through a buying program from my credit union. Marcus was in contact with me before I got off the phone with the credit union. When II told him what I was looking for he said there was none on the lot but he would do everything he could to locate one for me. I have driven Toyotas for more than 20 years so I knew what I wanted. Marcus was in almost daily contact with me until he located exactly what I asked for. After doing a dealer trade he called to let me know I could pick up my vehicle. I made the 2 hour drive with my husband, signed the paperwork, and proudly drove away in my new vehicle. Thank you Marcus for a great experience. You went above and beyond without being pushy. More

We went to Kenny Ross to look at pickup trucks, with the intention of just looking, not buying. We looked around for a bit without any pressure from anyone or without a salesman following us around. We decided to ask some questions and met Rob Clay. He was very friendly and informative didn't use any high pressure tactics. We ended up taking the truck for a ride and went inside with Rob to discuss some numbers. Rob made the whole experience pleasant and we ended up buying the truck.
