New Car Shopping Yesterday, I went to Kenny Ross to casually shop for a new car. I knew that I had wanted to look for something new, but wasn't sure that I would be able to afford a brand new car. I decided to work with Jennifer Campbell, after my mom had a great experience purchasing a new car with her help. Jennifer was wonderful! She clearly laid out what my options would be, the various price points that I could afford, and worked with me to trade in my old car for a 2017 Toyota Corolla. I am so happy that I chose to come to Kenny Ross. The experience was wonderful all around and in just under two hours, I walked away with a new car! I was given his name from a friend who told me he's honest and will give me a good deal. I met Marv, told him what I wanted, he did a quick search, and found the vehicle on the back lot. There sat a blue Tacoma, 4 door, 4WD, fully loaded.... beautiful. Told Marv to check out my trade-in (which I was not expecting to have inspected) and give me his best price. It took about 30 minutes for my current truck to be inspected and Marv to come back with a price. I was in agreement (as I had been looking at pricing for several months) and agreed to purchase. I put down a payment and agreed to pick up the truck in a few days which was agreed. When I picked the truck up, Marv arranged the paperwork while he was introducing me to my new truck. He showed me all of the electronics, tailgate, keys, remote entry, and synced my phone as well. I would highly recommend if you are at Kenny Ross Toyota, in Moon, have Marv show you your new vehicle.
