Rob Clay was an extremely attentive and professional salesperson and had my vehicle ready to test-drive when I arrived! When I fell in love with the 2019 Toyota Highlander, Rob and Rayon Lee made the deal happen and I could not have been happier to jump on such a great deal. I was offering a clear trade and had left the title at home. Rob even took my dad home so he could go to work as well as pick up the title from my house 20 minutes away! Justin Flook was as nice as could be while sealing the deal with the final paperwork and both Rob and Justin were very patient and thorough in showing me all the perks and aspects of the vehicle. I highly recommend Kenny Ross to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. They will quickly answer any and all questions you have. They don’t play games and there is no pressure whatsoever! They are personable, they don't pressure you into cars or deals, they don't push extras that are not needed and they are patient with your personal decision process. We dealt with Jared Clemens as our salesman. Not one time did he use the typical car salesman language or make us feel pressure into a deal with Kenny Ross. It was refreshing. He was very knowledgeable, polite and personable. They presented us with the lowest price for the vehicle that other dealerships could not beat. This exhibited honesty when giving us a price and not trying to maximize their profit. As we continued on, the finance team exhibited the same attitude.
