Justin was super nice and helpful throughout the entire process. he made sure I fully understood the services I was being offered and made sure I understood my financing options. The service department has also been absolutely amazing. I literally have brought my vehicle up just because I couldn't get something to work right. My husband and I purchased a brand new 2023 Toyota Rav4 and honestly, it was the EASIEST, SMOOTHEST process we've ever experienced. Our vehicle came in a month early, is absolutely wonderful, and was sitting pretty in the lot all gassed up and ready to go when we got to the dealership. Lorenzo Burke and Greg Liggett were wonderful to work with. They covered everything and made sure we were 100% satisfied before we drove off in our new car.
