They are personable, they don't pressure you into cars or deals, they don't push extras that are not needed and they are patient with your personal decision process. We dealt with Jared Clemens as our salesman. Not one time did he use the typical car salesman language or make us feel pressure into a deal with Kenny Ross. It was refreshing. He was very knowledgeable, polite and personable. They presented us with the lowest price for the vehicle that other dealerships could not beat. This exhibited honesty when giving us a price and not trying to maximize their profit. As we continued on, the finance team exhibited the same attitude.
