Bought a new car here recently, my sales person Lorenzo was the absolute worst. I made 1000 deposit which I didn’t use for down payment I trade my 2022 CRV I called him many times he seems ignorant and kee was the absolute worst. Despite ignoring me many times, spending time with Lorenzo in person is just listening his brag and too much nonsense Which is just so weird to hear when you've been getting ignored, dodged, misled I haven’t even get my money back yet .
