The service department destroyed our exterior lighting. We had a wire that had come lose on one of the awnings and was preventing the awning from opening. We asked them to tack it back in place, but they We had a wire that had come lose on one of the awnings and was preventing the awning from opening. We asked them to tack it back in place, but they cut it off, then they cut off the one on the rear awning too so they would match. By the time we discovered what they had done we were 3 states away. We notified them immediately of the issue but the service manager said that’s what they do when customers complain about wires, they just cut them off and hope no one notices. When we returned home we brought it back for repairs on the lights and several other issues. 10 weeks later they told us they didn’t know how to work on Winnebago RVs and that we should take it to Pierce. But since they damaged the lighting, the warranty won’t pay for that work. I’ve been trying to get them to pay for the damage they cause for the last several weeks and all they have told me is that the sent it up the chain. Feels like we will have to litigate now. Not what we expected when we bought our RV from them. The sales and finance guys seems so nice and competent but now it just feels like it was a scam. They sold us a rig that they knew had a lot of problems, did not fix all the things they claim they fix on their checklist and now are fighting the additional damage that they caused. Very disappointed. More

Horrible service. No follow up and bad on there word. Asked to fix 7 issues with my 2017 springdale. They fixed 1 out of 7 and told me it was completed. Blaimed it on manufacturer. Took my money and on to the next sale. Total quantity not quality. Do not dobuy from bretz. More
