Ben was great! Right before trading I. My 2010 Tacoma for a 2013, I had purchased a extended service program. Since my 2013 had free service included for two years Right before trading I. My 2010 Tacoma for a 2013, I had purchased a extended service program. Since my 2013 had free service included for two years or 25,000 miles I figured I would use them after the free service ran out. Since I was in for my 30,000 mile service I asked Ben if we could use it on that service and was informed it is tied to the vin # and was not transferable, something I was not aware of when I purchased the plan. I asked him who I would need to speak to to get air my opinion about this and he said, "Let me see what I can do." He got it transferred to my wife's vehicle, also a Toyota, and I then purchased another plan for my own truck. I was very pleased by the ability he had to get the situation rectified. Thanks Ben. Oil change I arrived at my scheduled appt and was told that my oil change would take about 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes. After 1 hour and 30 minutes I looked I arrived at my scheduled appt and was told that my oil change would take about 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes. After 1 hour and 30 minutes I looked at the parking lot and saw that my car was parked but I was not notified to come up to pick up my keys. It seems to me that too many appts are made for the same time and the employees are overwhelmed. I felt that 90 minutes was too long for an oil change as compared to Jiffy Lubes which takes about 20-25 minutes. More

Great Care a Plan I gota Toyota a few years ago & the care plan it came with covers up to 2 years or 15,000 miles (whichever works out). They are all friendly but The main service people seem to be on the ball but they keep having misc task given to inexperienced lot people that LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH !!!!! I just took my new Pries in for it's 25,000 mile service. The rep told me how everything was good on the car and sent me on my way. PROBLEM. After driving off the lot I noticed the "check tire pressure" light came on. So I checked the tire pressures with my digital tie gauge. Here is what I found. LF: 39.5 PSI RF: 40 PSI LR: 34.5 PSI RR: 35.0 PSI Then I looked at the service ticket where they recorded what they (supposedly adjusted the tie pressures to); LF: 35 PSI RF: 35 PSI LR: 35 PSI RR: 35 PSI AND THEY GAVE ME A COPY OF THE FALSIFIED REPORT !!!!!!! This is the second time something like this has happen with their (Back Lot" helpers. More
