Salesman went above and beyond! The upper ball joint on my 2012 FJ came detached from the control arm. I called Chris Cervantes to see if the "Certified Warranty" was still valid and The upper ball joint on my 2012 FJ came detached from the control arm. Not only did they replace the side that was broken, they replaced the other side also. Jon in service was great also! More

Great service experience I really appreciated the service department technician texting me a video of my cars health to review.
