He pointed out a few things about my car that I didn't know and gave a great overall assessment. I was impressed, to say the least! However, when I clicked on the phone number provided on the video to request additional services recommended in the video the technician that answered didn't know what I was taking about and transferred me to another line where I waited on hold only to talk to another person that seemingly didn't know anything about the recommended services in my video assessment and couldn't answer any of my questions. Really cool idea! But needs some trouble shooting. More

He took info from my car and had me sign a few papers. That part took forever seeming it was only a 5month check up. They only needed to rotate my tires but would also fill up my car fluids. They gave me an hour long timeframe to do just that. They ended up finishing within 45 minutes. More
