Friendly, fast, and easy to understand service I called to schedule an oil change, emissions test, and my 90,000 mile service. They were able to fit me in the same week which was great! I got there for my appointment and they were ready for me and got me in and out quickly. I needed to take a shuttle to work and they had someone come out and take me right away so I wasn't late for work. The technicians I worked with helped get me the best deal for the services I needed. With their records they saw that my previously-purchased package included an emissions test, so that was taken care of! They also had record of recent servicings which meant that I only needed one more thing done to finish the 90,000 service checklist! They explained all of this to me before service was rendered so there weren't any surprises at the end, which I appreciated. More

Josh was pure professional from beginning to end! I called one day before my service and asked if there was an opening knowing I needed to get my 2014 Toyota Tacoma serviced before taking a long road I called one day before my service and asked if there was an opening knowing I needed to get my 2014 Toyota Tacoma serviced before taking a long road trip to San Diego in two days. I have owned the truck for a year and have not had any problems and have had regular oil changes and life has truly gotten away from me. After two major surgeries, we are in the middle of building a house and two of my daughters have decided they want to get married within a month of one another (and the house is now one month past the original closing date), so I realized that before we drive to San Diego for a combined bridal shower, I had better get a 45,000 mile service done and that my bluetooth and stereo had been acting up. Josh reset the software in my stereo panel and now it works great. He was super empathic to my situation and just really cool about getting the service done quickly, knowing time was valuable to me. I dropped it off and he called me back in the exact 2 hours he had originally told me it would take to finish. Everything was taken care of and so far, so good! Thank you! As always, the Brent Brown Toyota Family has taken care of us well as they always have for years and we certainly appreciate the detail to customer service every time! More
