The Unexpected My experience at dealerships has mostly been like having your teeth cleaned at the dentist office i.e., you don't want to go because you know it wil My experience at dealerships has mostly been like having your teeth cleaned at the dentist office i.e., you don't want to go because you know it will be painful but you do it anyway because your teeth needed to keep them in tip top shape. The visit started that way, but once I met the service writer and the tech who worked on my car it was unexpectedly enjoyful! I'm even looking forward to doing it again. Those two were amazingly brilliant in their positions. I arrived with serval issues and questions and I left with answers and complete confidence that my vehicle had been in good hands and fixed to my satisfaction. Now I understand why Brent Brown uses the moniquer that they will bend over backwards for you. In my case they did. Their "no-hassle" service appointments really are "no-hassle", especially if you have the Toyota Care extended service package. They even check with me before the appointment to see how they can serve me beyond the standard upkeep, and I've been surprised when they've made minor adjustments to the car without charge. The waiting area is comfortable, with lots to look at (including some fantastic vintage Toyota cars!). As we waited for our regular maintenance to be completed, Kyle Bourgeois showed us some of the new cars and did a fantastic job keeping us entertained, even though we were not "in the market" currently.
