Exceptional service and support! I am used to taking my car into a dealership where they would never know your name or your car. You were just one face in a long line of them. I was pleasantly surprised when they assigned me to an actual service rep who will always be the same. I had some silly questions at the beginning of the appointment and they were quick to put me at ease and answer them. I'm still getting to know my new car. They finished everything much more quickly than they had said (by about 25 minutes) and I was thrilled to get on with my day sooner. Thanks! More

Professional and Smooth Experience I took my Tacoma in for a recall. I arrived at the scheduled time and they got my truck straight in. Then they shuttled me back to work.
