I was easily able to make the appointment for the 55,000 mile checkup, and my car was ready when promised. While my car was being serviced, Diego worked with me and I test drove 3 cars. It wasn't until Glen Smith stepped in to propose a better trade-in price and lower the price on the car I liked best of those I drove, that my goal to find another car ended. The deal he offered would have been good IF he hadn't kept pressuring me. I told him several times that I would not purchase a car that evening, and I did not want a black car. My preferences were ignored, and he kept pushing me to buy the black car that day. For that reason, I've decided to keep my car for the time being. Whether I purchase another Toyota or look at other cars in the future, I haven't decided. I had my previous 2002 Toyota Camry for 12 years and loved it. My current 2014 Camry (not purchased at BB Toyota), which I've had for a little more than 1 year, has been a disappointment due to the rougher ride and road noise. More

I was surprised that I didn't have some additional service as part of the package that came with my new car purchase in 2015. They dealt with my concerns without defensiveness and with helpful information. More
