I usually feel as if I'm still talking to salesperson who is trying to get the most out of me. I was helped by Maret and was in for an oil change and to get my car registered for the year. Turns out my o2 sensor was bad and Maret made me feel comfortable talking to me about my options and getting my car taken care of quickly. They ran the test three times to get it to pass and went above and beyond to help me out and get everything done the same day even though they were incredibly busy. I'll definitely be going there again. More

The only place where they fell down a little was that we couldn't find our service rep and the others we asked didn't seem interested in finding out the status of our vehicle. It was about 20 minutes later than the estimate for completion. I didn't deal with the sales department this visit, but in the past I didn't think they were up front and honest in their dealings with me and that is the reason for the lower rating. More
