I feel like they are very honest and they don't try and tell you there's a bunch of other stuff that needs to be done on your vehicle. They will recommend a few things but they don't push you at all. But most of the time I will do whatever is recommended because a Toyota will run forever if you maintain it well and Brent Brown is the best place to keep up on the maintenance of your Toyota. More

Very good...just say couple of things When I got to the dealership (for an oil change) I was unsure of what to do. It was our first time at the dealership. This is our first Toyota. A sign letting us know to get in line and a setvice associate would be with us soon would have been nice. Other than that it was a wonderful experience.
