They fixed a very small problem caused by a different non-Toyota service place and did not charge me for it. It was so nice to know I have a place that will take such good care of both me and my car. The 25,000 mile checkup I specifically asked them to align and balance my tires because I had gone over a curb pretty hard. They said they looked at the tires, asked me if it wobbled, but I left a little confused about what they actually did. Because I am not mechanically inclined and because I rely on those who know more than I do, I would like more very specific information on the exact things that they do. More

When I went to leave it was raining outside, so Mike Black went out and got my car for me and pulled it up so that I would not have to walk in the rain. Excellent Service!!!! John Goodman? In the service department was so wonderful to get my car in so quick. They were a tad behind but I had been dropped off and was waiting John Goodman?
