The Service Center is Awesome I love the service center, everyone has always been so helpful, the work is always completed promptly. Every now in then, there are complications whil I love the service center, everyone has always been so helpful, the work is always completed promptly. Every now in then, there are complications while my vehicle is worked on but every time something goes wrong the team picks up the slack and is very honest with me. I recently had work done on both my prius and camry, Jen Clark took care of me on these services. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. It's customer service like that that makes me want to keep coming back even though I live in Sandy and the Karl Malone dealership is so close by. More

Exceptional Experience We were treated kindly by everyone. We got there a little early for our appointment and they immediately welcomed us in and started the process. We were there for a factory recall of air bags on our Toyota and had been told that the repairs would take from a half to a whole day to do. Our service rep, told us that because we lived over 100 miles away, they would get us out as quickly as possible because of our long trip home. We were given a courtesy shuttle ride to the University Mall where we figured we would enjoy some window shopping while waiting. We had time to find some piano music and a snack and were delighted when we received a call two hours later that our car work was finished. They sent the shuttle to pick us up and within 15-20 minutes were driving away from the Brent Brown dealership. Everyone we talked to or who helped us were professional, but were very kind and caring. We had a very exceptional experience! More
