I came in physically last week to schedule this appointment and then I also called customer service prior to the appointment both the real service agent who I originally talked to and the gal on the phone ( I know the girls on the phone don't always know what to ck). But both told me I qualified for one more service when indeed my car did not qualify because I had exceeded that Miles... my problem is not the fact that I didn't get the free service but the fact that I was told I would incorrectly (so that's what I budgeted for). I was just merely an inconvenience to be miscommunicated with, but frustrating, none the less. More
