Good experience Overall, our experience at Brent Brown was positive. I wasn't always able to get a hold of my service rep but he did return my phone calls. I really enjoyed my check-in experience with the manager, Mike, he was super helpful, personable and thorough. Only drawbacks to my experience were 1) speed of service and 2) cost of diagnostic. We made an appt for 4 pm on Monday and they didn't get back to us about the result of a diagnostic until 4 pm Tuesday. I understand that the service team needs to know what exactly is wrong with the car but when we asked for repairs on two items, we found out that there would be 2 diagnostic fees over $100. When our warranty provider wouldn't pay for a service, the out of pocket cost for us to repair was $780. We called around and found that $780 was far above the cost to replace elsewhere, instead getting quotes for under $500. That was disappointing as we'd prefer to just go one place rather than shop around. Thankfully, the dealer we purchased from agreed to pay the cost of the repair at his own shop. More

Tom Watson and Toyota banished my anxiety. The air conditioner on my 2014 Camry stopped working on or about July 4.. Unfortunately, my new car warranty expired in May. I hoped that relatively The air conditioner on my 2014 Camry stopped working on or about July 4.. Unfortunately, my new car warranty expired in May. I hoped that relatively short time out of warranty would be considered. I was very surprised after the problem was diagnosed as a failed compressor when my service advisor, Tom, said that Toyota would cover the repair as though the warranty was still valid. This Camry is my first Toyota and this was my first major repair. You can imagine my gratitude as the repair would have cost a lot of money. I couldn't have asked for more consideration from Brent Brown and Toyota. Tom took the initiative and called Toyota and asked about the possibility without my asking.
