Last complementary 2 year service. . The service was fine. It took longer than the previous services that I have had, over two hours as opposed to a little over one hour previously. This may have been due to miscommunication between myself and Maret about the fact that I would be waiting for the car. I really appreciated Maret having someone bring my car closer to the service area rather than my having to go look for it on the lot. This is a service that all the other Toyota dealers I have used in the past have provided without my requesting it. More

Fantastic I brought my truck in because the horn stopped working. When I retuned to get my truck later that day he told me they had found a couple other item that need some work and since I had an extended warranty and it was covered under that warranty he just had his mechanic go ahead and fix it.
