Also they had the best selection of new Toyota's. The only issue was with the truck not the dealership. I think I picked a lemon, I had to bring it in at 13000 miles cause it wouldn't start and would smoke for a minute when it would finally start. So my experience with Toyota is very poor. More

Made the process EASY I had been looking for a certain car for a year. Brent Brown Toyota happened to have it and priced thousands less than any other model I had found and I had been looking for a certain car for a year. I knew that I wanted an extended warranty, and I was able to use the savings to take care of the difference and still be below book value. I felt that Drew Brown was sincere in helping me get the best deal and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. He even sent us home with a Disney DVD so that my 5 year old daughter could enjoy her favorite feature of the new van! The finance manager Jared Pela finished the experience on a high note. He called me the next day to inform me that he had a negotiated rate from my own bank that was 2 percent lower than the pre-approved rate my bank had offered me. That's going to save me $20 a month for the next 6 years! I felt like he had my best interest in mind (no pun intended). Maddy even remembered to mail me my Visa gift card for the test drive promotion, and checked to confirm my address to make sure I would receive it. This was certainly NOT the experience that I had anticipated. Thank you Brent Brown group for doing the right thing by me. More
