I waited a while to get this repair done, because I thought it was going to be a big inconvenience for me and just a hassle to get the work done. I was completely incorrect. From the beginning of reporting it to my Allstate rep. to going out to get the estimate, and turning my car over to Tom Toolan at Brenner Nissan, I was totally satisfied with the professionalism, care and enthusiasm about repairing my car and getting it back to me in a reasonable turnaround time. Tom and his team coordinated my loaner connection with Enterprise and made it a very pleasant transition. Tom explained exactly what they would do in the repair phase. Tom updated me regularly to let me know the stages that were taking place to bring me closer to receiving my car. Tom coordinated with Allstate from the point of receiving my car until it was completed, which allowed me to be stress free of explaining any further needs for completion.Karlene made me feel comfortable on the day of pickup. I am so glad that I chose Brenner Nissan Body shop to have my body repair work completed.I can tell that they take pride in the excellent work that they do and so they should. I like the car so far, feel like I was dealt with well and fairly. I liked our salesman who was personable and friendly. We had to say good-bye to our Mirrano, because we were in the market for a bigger vehicle, we went back to Brenner in search for a Pathfinder and when we thought our first experience could not be topped we met our new sales girl Jessie, she made our second trip to NIssan even better then the first. She was so down to earth, personal, friendly and not a pushy sales person. She answered all of our questions and was honest, which really meant a lot! Jessie rocked, our pathfinder is awesome......
