Brenner Nissan

If it weren't for Davin Spells I would not have bought from Brenner Nissan. Davin was more than a sales person to me. I feel I left there with a new friend. He did not BS me nor did he try to sell me a from Brenner Nissan. Davin was more than a sales person to me. I feel I left there with a new friend. He did not BS me nor did he try to sell me a vehicle out of my price range. I feel Davin should be put I charge ( I know about being in charge and having good leadership and have seen it save lives in Afghanistan), because if he could teach some of the new people, or even some seasoned more experienced salesmen, Brenner would sell a lot more cars and raise the percentage of customers leaving with a smile on their face. Most likely no one will read this, but if I'm wrong, I hope they recognize the talent they have. If they don't, I'm sorry for the owner. Have a nice day and God Bless More

6 Months ago we purchased a used 2007 Chrysler Town & Country Touring edition from Brenner. It was in our price range and had the amenities that we wanted. We also purchased an extended warrantee that Country Touring edition from Brenner. It was in our price range and had the amenities that we wanted. We also purchased an extended warrantee that is supposed to cover everything (excluding the normal wear & tear parts). Needless to say the check engine lite came on. We took it to the dealer to have the issue resolved. Low and behold they say it’s not covered. Emissions issues once past the factory warrantee is not covered under there warrantee. They are saying that it’s an owner issue, and that they are not responsible for it. The parts needed cost less than $150 Total, but they want to charge $500 for the service. I will Never deal with this company nor will I recommend them to anyone in the area. Buyer beware the sales department is good at what they do. But service and management is something else. More

Unbelievable customer service!! Dave and Joshua WOW'ED us the whole way. We have three kids ages 10,8,4, and you know how hard it is to keep them from going boredom bonkers in a dealership. The most important thing in our whole experience with these guys is that they KEPT THEIR WORD!!!! Its so much a car salesman to tell you almost anything these days to keep you on a baited line, but Dave and Joshua were true to their word all the way through, and we got the exact vehicle that we wanted. They went out of their way to ensure that we were happy, and in a very sincere way. All I can say is thanks a million Dave and Joshua and we will be sending all of our friends and family your way. We love the Altima, love the way it drives, and it is exactly what we needed!!!
