The personnel at Brenner Nissan on the Carlisle Pike go out of their way to please the customer. All the options they provide, the diligent and reasonable service department, and the selection is definite out of their way to please the customer. Being a previous Nissan owner I realize the dependability they provide and working with the personnel at Brenner Nissan solidified my opinion. Dealership would not go up on my trade by $200. I walked because of this. Went to another Nissan dealer then looked at the same exact car (the only difference was mats with the other dealer ship) and that d because of this. Went to another Nissan dealer then looked at the same exact car (the only difference was mats with the other dealer ship) and that dealership gave me $700 more off my trade and made my final price down from $22098 to $20631. However, I was told my payment would be $257 via email and to include taxes ect. My payment turned out to be $279. So the dealership apparently lied about my payment to get me in the door. The sales staff was good but General Manager I have issues with. More
I went to this dealer because I had previously bought a Chrysler Town and Country on the Carlisle Pike, and was interested in looking at the Nissan Sentra selection. The entire staff was friendly and I was able to look at quite a good selection of used cars, including the Nissan Sentra that I was hoping to find. I took a test drive and worked with Todd Shellenberger on what I could afford, etc. The sales event at the time was very good, and I was able to get in a 2011 Nissan Sentra, with only 25,000 miles and certified for much less than I had originally expected. Todd did not have that must sell attitude and was genuinely interested in working towards my financial goals to put me into the car I desired. I have had my Nissan for over a month and have gotten LOTS of compliments on it.....mileage is terrific, and it is very comfortable! I would recommend Brenner family of dealerships to everyone.....great experience, fantastic vehicles at the perfect price!!! More

Telling her our need were very restrictive, didn’t faze her a bid. This is the last dealership u will be going to, she replied. Bob, the sales man, worked his but off, to get the # to fit. Going in, I did not think any dealer could make it happen. The #’s were just too restrictive. Lets just say we drove home in a new car, with scream of joy and high fives, from the buyers... Crystal you set the stage, then Bob and crew, did the work...staying 2 hours after closing.....nice job guys... More

This was my best car buying experience ever I'm 60 and have been buying cars since I was 19 everybody at this dealership was friendly helpful from the driver who came for me because my ride fell throu and have been buying cars since I was 19 everybody at this dealership was friendly helpful from the driver who came for me because my ride fell through the greeter and everybody in the showroom the clean up crew did a fantastic job this car was just aquired by brebber the day before so they did do the checkbup to crrtify this used car and cleaned it up for me I appreciate the brenner family dealership I will definatly return and suggest them to all I know who are looking for a car More

My 2006 pathfinder had a radiator that leaked coolant into the transmission (which I later learned has been a huge problem for this year pathfinder) It was covered under warranty and repaired. The next d into the transmission (which I later learned has been a huge problem for this year pathfinder) It was covered under warranty and repaired. The next day I heard an odd rattling noise coming from the gear shifter. I called the service dept, brought my car in and they said a screw was left untightened or something like that on the transmission, and they fixed/tightened it. Months go by and the car won't start. I took my car to a different mechanic, who asked if I recently had work on the transmission because when he traces the wires it leads to the transmission and faulty wiring which is not allowing power to go to my starter. I called Nissan to let them know I was still dealing with the aftermath of their "repair"... I was scolded for not bringing my car to them for their billion dollar oil changes and "servicing ", and was told if it was 1 mile over 12k from original repair they would do nothing to fix their error. When I implied they should be responsible for this snowball of problems, Sean told me they don't have anything in their records saying I came back for the rattling noise, only that I called about it. I find it odd they would not document this follow-up repair. When I suggested the service was poor. Sean snapped " you didn't have to pay for anything".....well, gee, I thought that's how warrantys worked. THEY WILL DO ANYTHING THEY CAN TO GET OUT OF WARRANTY WORK OR FIX THEIR MISTAKES!!! Horrible customer service, incompetent mechanics... Oh, but they had great coffee in their waiting area (ha). More
The vehicle repaired was purchased from Brenner Chrysler-jeep and the body shop was selected on the basis of a recomendation and parts availability. Initially I dealt with Brendan who did the estimate and then with Chris to set up the appointment. Helene in the office was my prime contact, she was very personable, efficient and professional. The body shop completed the work faster than expected and the car looks "like new" again. All in all an excellent experience! More
