A fabulous experience!! I went to a local Subaru dealership to look for a new car. They gave me a new car book to look at and then took it back. I test drove the car but was not told of any of the features in the car. I honestly felt like they didn't care if I bought the car or not. I then went to Brenner Nissan to look at a new Altima. Ondre spent 40 minutes inside the car showing me every feature the car had. I drove it and was sold immediately! There wasn't one feature that I wasn't totally excited about. I put a $500 deposit down and picked the car up the next day. It couldn't have been a better experience if I had written the script myself!! I highly recommend that you go see Ondre Book. He will win you over! More

Dennis was amazing to say the least. I went in on a Friday night and he stayed past 9 pm showing me my vehicle. I ended up purchasing the 2014 Pathfinder regular fuel instead of the hybrid model. I showed up earlier to pick up my car than scheduled and the staff was very accommodating. Nonetheless, we don't live in a perfect world. When the car was given to me the gas needle was at 1/2 tank. I traded my vehicle which I'm pretty sure they were able to resale rather fast, with almost a full tank. A courtesy full tank was expected but not provided. Besides that no other really big concerns. The car is wonderful and the kids are loving it. I would've preferred it in blue though. I will buy again from these people. From all places I've been the most straight forward guys. I really do wish they had given me the full tank of gas at delivery. This seems to be a common concern among customers. More

I've been in the market for a car, and so I decided to search the Brenner Nissan website to see what all they had on the lot. I saw two cars I was interested in seeing, a Scion xD and a Nissan Sentra. to search the Brenner Nissan website to see what all they had on the lot. I saw two cars I was interested in seeing, a Scion xD and a Nissan Sentra. I made sure to contact them via email to let them know I would be coming that day to look at the vehicles, and a woman (Heather) responded to confirm. The disaster began once I reached the lot. First, the Nissan Sentra that I specifically inquired about was sold. Then I waited a good 15 minutes to find out the Scion xD had also been sold. Why these were listed on the website still was beyond me, and why the lady who responded to my email didn't check the inventory before I made the 20 mile hike up there to see the cars baffles me even more. Out of curiosity, I checked again today to see if they removed the vehicles from the website today and lo and behold they're still listed. This is extremely inconvenient and may lead another poor soul into the trap that I fell into. I do not plan to do business with this dealership again. I was very disappointed. More
