Steve wilson looked out for us while driving home our truck lost a whee and left us stranded. we were towed to brenner and didnt know what to expect being from out of the area. fro while driving home our truck lost a whee and left us stranded. we were towed to brenner and didnt know what to expect being from out of the area. from the time we arrived to the time we left, steve took care of us and walked us through everything that would happen, even going so far as to help us get a rental right then so we could still get home. while the truck was getting fixed he kept talking to us and letting us know how everything was going and even delt with the insurance company for us. when we picked up the truck, we couldn't have been more pleased with the work done. its a shame that we live so far away from such a great place, but steve and brenner have raised our expectations with our local service. More

I picked up my 2007 Aspen today, which had been at Brenner Nissan for collision repair. I can't say enough about Tom Toolan, the appraiser who handled my damages from the cradle to the grave. From the time he initially estimated my damages until I took deliver on my completed vehicle today, Tom was very professional and continually kept me apprised of the status of my vehicle. Thank you Tom for making this, which is typically a less than desireable experience, a positive one. I will definitley keep Brenner at the top of my list for any future body work needs. More

Yom Toolan and Brennar Nissan Collision Center I met Mr. Toolan when Brenner Chrysler Jeep sent me to the Brenner family body shop/collision center at Brenner Nissan. I had recently hit some major I met Mr. Toolan when Brenner Chrysler Jeep sent me to the Brenner family body shop/collision center at Brenner Nissan. I had recently hit some major road debris (a tire casing and body panel ejected into my lane from an accident moments before), and had body damage of some sort. While Brenner Chrysler Jeep (BCJ) had checked out my vehicle mechanically, they sent me to the Collision Center to have the body work checked out and repaired. My first visit was to schedule an appointment, which they quickly did, even though they had just "closed" moments before. As I was leaving, glad to have gotten a convenient time to come in, Mr. Toolan asked to come with me so he could check out the vehicle, and make sure it was safe to drive. I was very relieved to hear that Tom thought that everything would be fine, the only work needed was to join the part that had separated back to the body panel, and there didn't seem to be any other damage. We had a nice informative conversation about my new Jeep, and he gave me some nice pointers as to maintenance and some aftermarket and factory accessories for it. The best part was that he felt if everything was as he saw, it would not cost me anything, as all they had to do was reattach the parts. When I came for my appointment, it went exactly as Tom said. I was finished within 45 minutes and with no cost. I also got a very interesting tour of their facilities; you could tell Tom was very proud of their shop, and their capabilities to repair almost any make and model of vehicle. Short story quick, you will not go wrong using their services. I would recommend them to everyone, including my friends and family. More

Purchase of new car I couldn't get my free car that was the only complaint. Anyway... all kidding aside, I purchased a 2014 Altima SV in May. Excellent accident repair Twenty one days after I purchased my van another vehicle drove into the left front corner. The tire went flat, it was turned in about 45 degrees and Twenty one days after I purchased my van another vehicle drove into the left front corner. The tire went flat, it was turned in about 45 degrees and the bumper and fender were twisted and torn. My first thought was to have it towed back to the dealer where I bought it. I assumed that they would be the most qualified to restore it to like new. I rode with the tow truck to Brenner Nissan. When I got there and established my reason for being there everyone in the office seemed to be helpful and understanding. The insurance company was contacted and the rental agency where I got the use of a vehicle was also contacted. The primary person that I worked with was Tom Toolan. He answered any question that I had and seemed to have all the time in the world to help. The repairs took 29 days and I stopped by several times to get an update and talk about progress and problems. I really believe that the customer that Tom is dealing with has his undivided attention while he is dealing with him or her. Everything was explained to my satisfaction. When I finally got my van back Tom showed me what was done. I also got detailed documentation about the parts, labor and materials. I think that they did a very good job. More

Collision I was directed to Brenner Nissan by my insurance company. Though my car was not repaired there because it was deemed a total loss, my experience with I was directed to Brenner Nissan by my insurance company. Though my car was not repaired there because it was deemed a total loss, my experience with Tom Toolan was excellent. Mr. Toolan kept me informed throughout the process. I came late to gather my things from my car and Mr. Toolan stayed after his working hours to help me. He was incredibly nice, helpful and knowledgeable. He went beyond his job duties to make the process as stress free and painless as possible. I would recommend Tom Toolan and Nissan Brenner. He provided excellent customer service. More
