My Rogue I went to Nissan on Carlisle Pike back in Nov 2014, where I met Todd Shellenberger. I didn't really plan or expect but I was able to purchased a 2014 Nissan Rogue. OMG, I LOVE it. I waited til I had some snow to drive in before I wrote my review. I am super happy and every day I get in with a smile. By far my favorite vehicle ever. Thank you Todd and Nissan for making this happen. Right now I just cant wait for warmer weather to make it shine!! And take some road trips!! More
IT WAS THE BEST CAR EXPERIENCE WE'VE EVER HAD :) We walked into Brenner and had an appt at 10am with GEORGE NEBRAT. We were met with a smile and a friendly handshake. Everyone there was so very nice. Very relaxed, friendly atmosphere and they seemed knowledgeable about fixing my damage properly. It looked great and repairs were done pretty fast actually. I would recommend them to others and we will use their service again! More
Best Car Buying Experience I have ever had! Rick Davis did a great job of handling our needs and was a pleasure to deal with. Sales manager Kirk Shumaker was a professional. He told us what he would do, how he would do it, kept us up to date during the process and was there when we drove the Pathfinder off the lot. General Sales Manager Waverly Parker stopped by twice to make sure that the process was going smoothly and our needs were being met. At every step there was not attempt to upsell, push financing (we made it very clear we were paying cash at the beginning), or anything that did not directly have a bearing on us getting what we wanted. This was all done after 7PM on December 23, 2014 when I know they would rather have been home. I have purchased numerous vehicles in my life and never had an experience this enjoyable. This was in stark contrast to a competitor where we spent 3 hours of being told what they could not do and trying to push financing on us. If you are in the market for a Nissan, make Brenner your first stop. We are from out of state and were in town for only a few days and they bent over backwards to meet our needs. More
Perfect Collision Center Experience I was referred to Brenner Nissan Body Shop/Collision by Brenner Chrysler to repair minor body damage from car accident ('12 Chrysler 200). From start I was referred to Brenner Nissan Body Shop/Collision by Brenner Chrysler to repair minor body damage from car accident ('12 Chrysler 200). From start to finish, I was treated very well. Tony Glass did the initial estimate and final details handled by Kay. Both were very professional and did as they promised. Tony even called me midway through the service to let me know things were going well and car tracking to finish on time. If I have future body shop needs, I will be heading back to Brenner Nissan. I'll also refer to my friends. GREAT JOB AND THANKS! More
Service department is a group of crooks Dropped our Versa off to replace wiper arms that were damaged. When we picked the car up, there was a huge 6" crack in the windshield that the service Dropped our Versa off to replace wiper arms that were damaged. When we picked the car up, there was a huge 6" crack in the windshield that the service manager, a little punk named Kris Kelley, blamed on me. How I could have done this when there was no crack in the windshield is beyond me. So now I have to go and spend my own money to fix something that Brenner damaged. Coward Kris Kelley wouldn't stand behind the shoddy work of his associates. Buyer beware if you are looking at Brenner as a place to get your car serviced. Brenner has lost a customer forever over a $400 windshield repair that was their fault anyway. More
Exceeded Expectations! Walking in to the dealership with not the best credit, I was apprehensive that I could be assisted. I was totally wrong! Todd was able to get me in a vehicle with no hassle! I was amazed by his willingness to help me get what I needed, as well as accomodate my expectations. Needless to say, I drove off the lot with a car, new to me, at a price I was happy with. I mentioned to Todd that I loved the new maxima but was sure that I would NEVER be able to get into it. Todd challenged my thinking and said that he could get me in to a BRAND NEW car for the same price I was paying for the same price I was paying for the used 07' Honda.....after working his magic, I drove off the lot, again, with a BRAND NEW Maxima for only a few more dollars more a month! Todd definitely has the magic touch and I would recommend everyone to stop in to witness miracles! I will continue going to Brenner because of Todd's outstanding service and exceeding my expectations! More

Great Experience I recently came in to Brennar Nissan to browse for a Armada. At the time there was a smoke grey 2011 Armada on the lot. Mr. Ricardo Davis spotted me a I recently came in to Brennar Nissan to browse for a Armada. At the time there was a smoke grey 2011 Armada on the lot. Mr. Ricardo Davis spotted me and despite my attire from just getting off work he didn't hesitate to help me. He was very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable on the vehicle. He truly made my visit comfortable and rewarding. With his help my wife now drives a beautiful white 08 Nissan Armada with almond interior ,and all the buttons and whistles. I'm still beside myself when I see her pull up with the biggest grin on her face. Thank you Mr. Davis, I would recommend all my friends and associates to Brennar Nissan and specifically to deal with Mr. Davis. More
