On Tuesday Feb.16 I picked up my new Nissan Frontier 2010, Pro V 4X. Gino is always my main contact when I buy a new car or truck. I traded in my 2007 Frontier which they gave me a good price for. The new truck was off the lot, no sunroof, had one installed before pickup. No step bars either which they ordered for me and they were installed Friday at the body shop. These options were did not come with the truck but the guys were very helpful at fulfilling the requests so I could get it the way we wanted it before picking it up. My wife and I also have a 2008 Altima with leather and a sunroof and we love it so we decided to upgrade to a Frontier which affords the same ammenities. Just to let you know my son also drives a 2007 Altima which we purchased at the Brenner dealership. The price of the new truck was very good, included a $2000 dollar rebate. Very fair trade in allowance. I have been doing business at this dealership for over a four year period and in that time the folks who manage it have gained my trust, I do not go elsewhere when I need a new vehicle. They are excellent and really put forth every effort to please the customer. The sunroof is great and the body shop that put the step bars on did an excellent and speedy job, they look great. In my opinion Nissan manufactures great vehicles for the money when compared to the competition. The Atima and the Frontier are excellent values vs. their counterparts. Starting with a used 1987 Maxima and a 1989 Sentra we have driven Nissans for a long time. I have at times considered other vehicles but the quality and what you get for the price has no legitimate rival. Hopefully that will always be the case. Thank you, David Palmer More
Had what I thought was a minor accident and brought it in for an alignment. They were so kind in pointing me to the insurance company, answering my questions and being generally kind to me! They kept me updated on the repairs and it even came back nice and clean! The service desk staff was so nice, and Jeff and staff at the body shop were just as helpful! I will definitely go back the next time I need service done...or should I ever need a new car, they were fantastic! More
The salesmen were very helpful and accommodating. We stopped at Brenner just to browse. We had already committed to another dealership for a vehicle that they did not have in stock. A vehicle similar to the one we wanted was available at Brenner. The dealership was very busy but the sales manager made us feel welcome. We explained that we had been looking around and he said then I will make this quick and to the point. He gave us an offer within 5 minutes. After discussing several key points with him, we came to an agreement. They cleaned up the car immediately and I drove it home TODAY. They were fantastic. Firm but not too pushy. More
Bought my 2003 murano at Brenner and often get it serviced here as well. They have never been anything but helpful and friendly, and the service is outstanding. Highly recommended. Sales staff was great to work with. Very courteous during the entire negotiation process. Extremely knowledgeable about the car that I was purchasing as well as the competitors similar vehicle. I did not purchase a vehicle prior to the purchase but had purchased from another Nissan dealer. Due to the proximity to my house, I would have my vehicle serviced at Brenner and they did a great job. Always timely and followed up with me prior to completing any work. Brenner also offers free lifetime state inspections on, not only the car purchased, but all vehicles registered to the same address. Brenner also offers a 30 year extended powertrain warranty. Just a good all around experience. Would definitely recommend Brenner to anyone shopping for a Nissan. More
