I had been researching and test driving vehicles for approx 6 months and had, what I would consider, excellent knowledge about the vehicle I was going to purchase. The sales team, did an excellent job in meeting what I was willing to pay for the vehicle. The dealership did not have the exact vehicle/w options I was looking for. Gino worked extensively on acquiring the vehicle on the timeline I requested. Gino also followed-up with a phone call to let me know he had found the vehicle I was looking for and that it would be ready for pick-up on the day I had requested. The amount for my trade-in was more than fair and the finance department did an excellent job securing a loan at a decent rate. On my first visit to Brenner we met Chris and asked him to let us test drive an Altima. He quickly brought a V6 for us to drive and then brought a 4 cylinder. Chris's sales manner was very relaxed and friendly which we really appreciated. He put no pressure on me. I shopped at other dealers, came back to Chris and he beat their best deal. After we purchased the car he thoroughly went over every detail of the car with us. All of the other employees were very friendly while we were waiting, asking us if they could do anything for us or just introducing themselves. We will recommend Brenner and Chris to anybody we know who is interested in buying a vehicle. More

The body work was estimated to take seven days but I was called the 4th day and the car was repaired, clean, like new. I have experience in automotive body work and this work is excellent - absolutely no wa called the 4th day and the car was repaired, clean, like new.
