Service manager of the year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am writing this review on the service manger named Steve Ricci. He is an upright guy... I bought a vehicle from Brenner Nissan and had ALOT of problems with it since I bought it. I did the normal as everyone would do, I took into the service area and told them I just bought it and am having problems with it already. So here comes the man of the hour Mr. Steve Ricci not only did he defuse my irate situation and turned it into a pleasant conversation, this guy went out of his way to accommodate all my needs as of a rental and promised to get my truck repaired in a timely manner., he also did a lot of leg work into getting my busted truck a new motor put into it with no charge on my end. Very honest and loyal to his customers type of guy. We all know you cant get a new motor put into everyone's sick cars, but even before knowing about the new motor replacement, he showed great customer service toward me and my needs and made me feel and showed me that they would get to the bottom of the issue. Outstanding work on this gentleman... I also cant leave anyone else out who has had their hands full with myself or my truck issues but I do also think Charles Cribari, Andy Bollinger, and also Abdul Mossa should get some of this nightmares credit for turning a VERY big issue into a VERY pleasant turn out ... Thanks to all of you for the hard work and the dedication toward your customers... More
C service - We purchased our car here and when we went to pick up the vehicle it was not ready. We had a scheduled 3:00pm pickup and the person who sold us the c We purchased our car here and when we went to pick up the vehicle it was not ready. We had a scheduled 3:00pm pickup and the person who sold us the car had someone drive up the vehicle but said he couldn't help us because he had another client he was helping on the lot. We asked inside if someone could help us with the vehicle and they said that the person who sold us the car is responsible for that. We waited 30 -45 minutes more and then went back inside, when someone finally came out. They kindly removed the stickers on the vehicle after we asked them to, they originally did not want to do it and they gave us the car dirty. This place sucks - don't go there. They also charge you for miniscule things where others dealers will not. I am not putting the name of the person who sold the vehicle because everyone who helped us gave us C service. More
Great customer care I've dealt with Brenner Nissan several times, I have a Jeep, and Brenner Nissan is the body shop for Brenner Jeep, so after a run in with a deer early I've dealt with Brenner Nissan several times, I have a Jeep, and Brenner Nissan is the body shop for Brenner Jeep, so after a run in with a deer early this year, and then a spring hail storm, I know where they are, lol. I had found some sort of sticky material splashed on the hood of the car, and wanted to find out if there was something I could use myself without endangering the paint. Mr. Christopher Prater, and the office person (sorry, I did not get your name), were quick to come out and take a look and listen to my concerns (I didn't know if AI would be having to file an insurance claim). Mr. Prater popped into the shop for a second or two and returned with some material that safely removed the material, and he answered a couple of questions as to what we did. And all of this at lunch time on what was surely going to be a busy day. This was the same level of excellent customer service I have received from Brenner Nissan *every* time I have visited them. Excellent Customer Service I have always received excellent customer service from the staff at Brenner Nissan from the sales & service department. On thanksgiving eve, I was rea I have always received excellent customer service from the staff at Brenner Nissan from the sales & service department. On thanksgiving eve, I was rear ended by a young driver who was on her cell phone. Although my vehicle is 2 years old, it has less than 12,000 miles on it, so I was devastated. The next morning I was able to get a better look and the bumper appeared to not be as bad as expected. I took my vehicle into Brenner's Body Shop for an estimate. Luckily, I was serviced by Chris Prater, the manager. He was able to assess that the damage was minimal, fixed it in the parking lot, and I was on my way within 20 minutes of arriving. He was courteous and yet thorough in making sure that the repair was to my satisfaction. I can truly say that Brenner offers excellent customer service in all departments and highly recommend them to all my friends. More
Terrible service department Took 2008 BMW in for service(check engine light) that was purchased at the dealer. Made appointment on Monday for Friday and dropped off Thursday at 4 Took 2008 BMW in for service(check engine light) that was purchased at the dealer. Made appointment on Monday for Friday and dropped off Thursday at 4:00PM. Left specific instructions to please check first thing in the morning and let us know the problem since we needed the car for a weekend trip. Had not heard anything by 1:00PM Friday so I called and was told car was not even looked at yet and will probably have to go to BMW dealer since they didn't have proper equipment and would have to call so car wouldn't be ready until at least Monday! Talked to service manager and said appointment with BMW should have been made when service appointment was made but must have missed that Told them to call back in 15 minutes and let me know status and magically check engine light was out so diagnostic machine couldn't trace problem even though we told them at drop off that light had gone out. After picking up vehicle and letting them know how upset I was, service attendant laughed at me as I was leaving, took all I could do not to go back in and confront him More

Terrible from the start! Purchased a Pathfinder from Brenner Nissan. Middle row seat did not work when we drove it off the lot. FINALLY fixed after a year! Transmission rep Purchased a Pathfinder from Brenner Nissan. Middle row seat did not work when we drove it off the lot. FINALLY fixed after a year! Transmission replaced at 26K miles. Tranny was not installed properly (loose cable) and it jumped out of drive into neutral at 40mph! Brenner told me there was nothing wrong with it! Specialist from Nissan North America later examined it and informed me that technicians at Brenner adjusted the cable. Nissan specialist said either Brenner lied or they didn't realize they adjusted it - incompetence! Also had trouble with hood latch (fluctuated 1-2in while driving) and complained each time it went in for oil change. Several months and attempts later finally fixed. Faulty gas cap that leaked toxic fumes in car. I have attempted to contact Mr. Brenner numerous times to speak with him respectfully concerning my issues and he NEVER returns my calls. More
