All lines from charcoal canister were also disconnected.. To make this short, I waited 2 hours for a tow truck when I was less than 10 miles from dealership, 3 hours later truck was completed. I took my vehicle in for a recall no fault of myself, then had to spend another 3 hours waiting to fix a issue that should never happen... More

I scheduled a service appointment to have a windshield replaced in my 2008 Altima. The Brenner staff performed the repair promptly and professionally. Before returning to the dealership to retrieve the vehicle, I discovered that I made an error in my insurance coverage - I believed in error that the repair was a high deductible repair -- it was not -- and I need not pay for the repair out of pocket save for a low deductible. While understanding of the error, my insurer was not quite able to handle the after-the-fact claim and arranging for payment absent an adjuster and all the pre-qualifying paperwork tied the insurer's customer service staff in knots. The Brenner service team patiently worked with me and the insurer to take care of the details and save me a significant cost for the repair. I was impressed with their team effort and efficient use of contacts across the dealership to provide exceptional service. Thanks Brenner. More
