I requested this salesman to find me a pre-owned vehicle with specific requirements. A car was located for me right away. I expected this to take weeks. I was really impressed with this dealership. My father and I went looking for a used car and we were out just trying to get a feel for the different cars that were in our price range. I test drove a vers and I went looking for a used car and we were out just trying to get a feel for the different cars that were in our price range. I test drove a versa and though it is a nice car it was not the one for me. So we then test drove an altima and I liked it and decided that I did want a car, but one with a little more metal than the versa. We told Kyle to please let us know if they recieved any used altimas within the next week that would be in our price range, and he told us that he would. As we were about to leave Maverly came out and talked to us about leasing a new car which was something that we had not even thought about and really didn't want to lease a car. After talking for a few minutes we realized that we would be getting a heck of a deal on a brand new car. We would be getting a better deal on a brand new car than we would have on a used car. We ended us leasing a new 2010 sentra and I love it! The lease is something that will work great for me. I don't really drive all that much and when I do it's not very far, maybe to the grocery store and my parents house. I am so pleased with the fact that Kyle had gone and talked to Waverly for us because we were able to get a car that we are extremely happy with and we feel like we got a good deal on it as well. I heard Brenner's ad on the radio and thought I'd check them out on-line. Saw a couple of used cars I liked and Stacy contacted me and had me come in and look at what was available. I was leary due to no them out on-line. Saw a couple of used cars I liked and Stacy contacted me and had me come in and look at what was available. I was leary due to not having the greatest credit. Four days later I drove away in a brand new 2009 Versa. My own credit union turned me down, but Brenner found GREAT financing through Susq. Valley FCU. I was even able to use this credit union to transfer credit card payments and drop from 20% to 6.9%!!!! Stacy helped me go from getting a car with nothing in it, to A/C, anti-lock brakes, stereo/CD player and floor mats -- for the SAME PRICE!!!! Anything I asked for, Stacy and Gino approved, working hard to get me the best deal and ensure my happiness and satisfaction. Stacy Stine is one of the best sales people I've ever met. No pressure. INCREDIBLE personality. Always called me back immediately and reassured me on all of my fears and questions. Gino was courteous, professional and accommodating. I immediately referred a friend and her mother bought a car there the following week. The car of her dreams at a VERY reasonable price. I love Brenner Nissan and am so happy I met Stacy. The customer service was incrediable, and i just could not believe i went there to get my check engine light checked out and possibly fixed on my 1997 Nissan Sentra GXE and left with a 2000 Lincoln LS! I don't know what was going on with the person who traded it in, but they are missing out. I kept smiling and was so excited, the people there saw and were extremely friendly and informative, and no matter what if i need a car, i will go there first no matter what. Andrew our sales rep was an awesome guy even for a Steelers fan, (Just kidding) but knew and anticipated my questions and overall gave the best sales pitch ever. Like he could sell people their own stuff at double the normal rate for them and still look good while doing it.
