The whole experience in purchasing my Nissan Pathfinder was rather surreal. I decided on July 6 that I was ready to purchase a Pathfinder after 233.000 miles on a Dodge Durango with every possible option was rather surreal. The Pathfinder I purchased was exactly what I was looking for, though I did sacrifice about 20,000 miles over a mid-30,000 target. It was like finding a hand written wish list of options and more. . . almost like falling out of the sky on the next day morning of July 7. I drove it off the lot that evening. I thank Mr. Chow at Brenner Nissan for responding to my on line request for quotes on Pathfinders. When he called, I told him I was looking for pre-owned loaded as opposed to internet specials on brand new basic models. Mr. Chow introduced me to Andrew Bolinger whose person I am very happy to have met. He was professional, very knowledgeble, was very coordinated with his support staff and worked hard to help me obtain the very best deal possible. The lifetime full powertrain warranty that came with this certified vehicle was trully a fabulous selling point as I expect alot from the performance and comfort of an SUV that I'll drive over 30,000 miles per year. I look forward to the future relationship with Brenner Nissan in maintaining this fine set of wheels and, when it's time, continuing to upgrade with them. My initial visit to the dealership was on June 3,2010. My purpose was to test drive the Nissan Altima and acquire some pricing information. After the test drive I explained that my husband was out of town until Friday and that we would be coming back so he could drive the car too. On Friday we arrived at the dealership and worked with Chris Nadeau, (since Andy was off and I insisted that he not come in to meet with us), who was equally professional and friendly. My husband had an opportunity to drive the car and he really liked it. We ended up purchasing the 2.5 SL and we are thrilled. James worked out the pricing so we able to get the color combination and all of the features we wanted. Outstanding job done by all!!!! More

I did a lot of research before deciding to buy my 2010 Altima. I didn't have time to be visiting dealers personally, so a lot of my leg work was done on the internet and phone. I found that quotes from other dealers in the area were often for a car that didn't have all of the options I was looking for- a too good to be true price to get me in the door! It was a relief to talk to Gino at Brenner. He made sure we were looking at the exact car I was interested in when he gave me a quote, and he broke down the deals Nissan was offering at the time in a way that was easy for me to understand. He did not pressure me and was open and honest about what they could do for me- right over the phone. I found that other dealers were vague about what they could offer- they wanted me there before they would be more specific. Gino gave me the confidence I needed to walk through the door, and I was not disappointed when I did! I had a wonderful, painless sales experience. There were no surprises- the price I was quoted was the price I got. I couldn't have asked for better service during the actual sale than what I got from Jason.
