The dealership overall, however, was in severe need of a remodel, there was a ton of salespeople sitting arounf doing nothing, and sales management that seemed overly agressive and demeaning to the sales staff. The F & I guy was personable, fast, and knew his stuff. I would definitely recommend our salesperson, but not necessarily the dealership. More
I was in the market for a new vehicle. After seeing a Nissan Frontier SE 4x4 Crew Cab at another dealership, my wife and I sent emails on Friday, 8/27/10 requesting Internet pricing from dealerships that Nissan Frontier SE 4x4 Crew Cab at another dealership, my wife and I sent emails on Friday, 8/27/10 requesting Internet pricing from dealerships that had the vehicle that would satisfy our needs. We immediately received a great quote from Joseph Chow, Brenner Nissan Internet Sales Manager at Brenner Nissan. We are still waiting on a quote from the other Dealership? On Saturday, 8/28/10 we met with Andrew Bollinger, Sales and Leasing Consultant. Andrew already had the Frontier parked out front when we had arrived at the dealership. We met Andrew who walked us around the new Frontier. I had showed Andrew our trade and explained that it was an incredible price on the Frontier and if we liked the way it drove and we could get a fair price for our trade, we would be driving home in a new Frontier. We took the Frontier out on the road and then to the highway. It handled very well, was a quiet ride and I was impressed with the 261hp coming from the V6. My wife enjoyed the sunroof more. We pulled back into the dealership hoping for a good trade because we both loved the truck. Andrew greeted us again and I told him that if we received a fair trade, we were ready to sign the paperwork. They actually came back with a more than fair price. Andrew went to get to paperwork started. While waiting, they had even shared lunch with us. After eating, Andrew had taken us down to see where the vehicles are serviced. We had met with Chris Cassel, Service Consultant who had scheduled a 30 day service appointment. We then met with James Pool, Manager. James went over all the paperwork in a very timely manner and explained all of it as we went along. Upon completion of the paperwork, our new Nissan Frontier was cleaned up and waiting for us at the front door. Andrew went over all the vehicle functions again and pointed out a few things that I did not see the first time around. We was very happy with the whole buying experience and I think there may be a new Nissan Rogue in our near future from Brenner Nissan. More

I was greeted at the door by internet sales manager Joe Chow, who introduced me to sales consultant Davin Spells. During the test drive, Davin fully explained all the new features on the xterra and proved to be very knowledgeable as well as exteremely polite and friendly. Davin even took the time to pair my cell phone to the cars bluetooth device, and was huge part of an overall, great experience! More
Although new at auto sales with only 3-4 weeks experience, Jessie was truly excellent to deal with and exceeded my expectations. She was extremely flexible and courteous when I wished to test drive different vehicles and if she didn't know the answer to one of my questions, got the answer accurately and timely. She had excellent support from her Sales Manager, Gino Gregory, and General Sales Manager, Waverly Parker, who assisted her with fully meeting all of my needs. I got a great price and am very happy with the excellent service that was extended to me from the beginning until I got into my new Altima 3.5 to leave. I'm so pleased that I'm bringing my youngest daughter into the Brenner's in september to look at purchasing an Altima coupe. More
we would like to thank david and lionel for there help in securing a loan because are credit was bad with an open car loan that has been a problem to the point where we had to get a lawyer to have the proble securing a loan because are credit was bad with an open car loan that has been a problem to the point where we had to get a lawyer to have the problem resolve. we went to six different dealers with twelve thousand dollars no one would sell us a car. the rest of our bills were very good but because of the on going dispute with this other finincial institution we did not qualify for a car loan, but the team of david and lionel made it work for us to get a new nissan maximum. After three daunting weeks of new car shopping at several area dealers--Nissan, Honda, Jeep, Ford, and Accura--we ended up back at Brenner Nissan. After being given some time to look around (not immediately area dealers--Nissan, Honda, Jeep, Ford, and Accura--we ended up back at Brenner Nissan. After being given some time to look around (not immediately jumped on by a salesperson), we were greeted in the parking lot by Andy Czirok. We liked his style--not pushy or overbearing. He was friendly and was quick to realize we knew what we were looking for in our new vehicle, so only answered the questions we asked. He was very informative in his responses and when color was our only decision left to make, he took us around the lot to show us the different exterior and interior colors rather than us looking in a pamphlet. Upon meeting the manager (I am sorry I can't remember his name) to see if we could "make the numbers work" for our budget, he was very accomodating and made our new car purchase affordable without any bargaining or "Plan B's". When we couldn't complete the paperwork because the computer was down and it was 4:30 on a Saturday, he offered the car to us for the weekend and promised us a "fill up" of gas when we returned on Monday to complete the deal. It is the little things like this that can make a difference. Everyone at Brenner was very friendly and professional. It was a pleasant experience! More

I had a great experience working with Brenner Nissan. I had come in looking for a used Versa and unexpectedly ended up with a new Versa for only ~$2000 more than I was quoted for a 2009 Versa with 30,000+ had come in looking for a used Versa and unexpectedly ended up with a new Versa for only ~$2000 more than I was quoted for a 2009 Versa with 30,000+ miles.
