The body shop was excellent to work with. The people were friendly and were willing to go the extra mile. They were able to take my aftermarket parts that I had brought in and made them look like they were friendly and were willing to go the extra mile. I took my vehicle (that I purchased at Brenner) to have the oil changed and an annual Pennsylvania state inspection performed. After waiting for 90 minutes (during which time several other customers came a the oil changed and an annual Pennsylvania state inspection performed. After waiting for 90 minutes (during which time several other customers came and went), the service advisor reappeared and told me that I had a nail in one of the tires and that it would cost an additional $200 plus labor to replace the tire. Also the tire was not in stock so it would have to be ordered and I would have to reschedule a time to have it installed. I patiently suggested that the tire be patched and he told me that it was impossible. I told him to just install the spare tire; the dealership was more then happy to do this for an additional $30 dollars labor just for attaching a spare tire which is something I can do by myself without any specialized automotive tools on the side of the road in about 15 minutes. After a short while later my vehicle was brought outside and I rejoiced in the fact that I would finally be able to leave, but then the service advisor came out and told me that the truck had to be pulled back into the shop because the technician working on it had failed to correctly complete the paper work required for the state inspection. Another 30 minutes went by and finally I was called to the desk to pay the bill and get the heck out of there. The bill was $110… $110 for them to change the oil, perform a state inspection, and waste about 2 hours and 15 minutes of my time on a job that should have taken no more then 45 minutes even on a busy day which this obviously was not. Further more immediately after leaving the dealership I went to an auto parts store and paid $9 for a tire patch kit that took all of 5 minutes for me to apply to the tire (in the parking lot no less) upon which I was told repair was not possible. SUMMARY: do not take your vehicle here to be serviced. Whom ever was in charge that day simply did not know what they were doing or thought they could pull one over on me. Who knows what what’ve happened had I gone in there with a vehicle that required any kind of troubleshooting. More

We came in for repair after a drunk driver hit my family and I. Tom was very friendly and empathetic, which we appreciated. i have purchased numerous vehicles over the years and just purchased my second maxima from brenner. Took my 03 Murano in for 105,000 mile service. My salesman, Davin Spells was very personably and knowledgeable about Nissan. He took his time to explain details to me and help get me the best possible deal for my money. When the day came for me to pick-up my new vehicle, he told me that he actually drove my new vehicle back to the dealership and that it was a very quite ride and not hard on gas. The best thing he did, and this will always stick with me, is that he took his time and went over things in my new vehicle. He didn't try to rush me out the door now that the sale was signed. Took my vehicle in to have the fuel filler vent line replaced. Was told that it couldn't be replaced that the entire fuel tank had to be replaced for the small sum of $500 just for the tank. Took my vehicle to an independent dealer, $25 later all fixed. Service writer did not give me any other option to repair other than to replace the tank. Was not willing to work with me in any way. Would certainly not recommend this dealership for service. More
