My Nissan was damaged by a tractor trailer in early 2011. The trucking company was extremely uncooperative to deal with although the police report clearly stated their driver as 100% at fault. It took from early February until just last week to receive payment from the trucking firm. If not for the persistence and professionalism by Brenner body shop estimator, Tom Toolan, I would have likely needed to hire an attorney. Tom made countless phone calls to several departments and levels of management at the trucking company and due to his knowledge and business ethics was able to facilitate a reasonable resolution to the quality and cost of repairing my vehicle. As a former CEO, I value customer service often more valuable than the sale. I want Brenner Nissan to know that Tom Toolan went above and beyond on my behalf during a time when I was dealing with the stress of being unemployed. He took a major burden off my shoulders and made it his mission to resolve. For his 2 months of selfless efforts, Brenner Nissan has a very satisfied customer and one for life!! Thank you Tom!
