My Nissan was damaged by a tractor trailer in early 2011. The trucking company was extremely uncooperative to deal with although the police report clearly stated their driver as 100% at fault. It took from early February until just last week to receive payment from the trucking firm. If not for the persistence and professionalism by Brenner body shop estimator, Tom Toolan, I would have likely needed to hire an attorney. Tom made countless phone calls to several departments and levels of management at the trucking company and due to his knowledge and business ethics was able to facilitate a reasonable resolution to the quality and cost of repairing my vehicle. As a former CEO, I value customer service often more valuable than the sale. I want Brenner Nissan to know that Tom Toolan went above and beyond on my behalf during a time when I was dealing with the stress of being unemployed. He took a major burden off my shoulders and made it his mission to resolve. For his 2 months of selfless efforts, Brenner Nissan has a very satisfied customer and one for life!! Thank you Tom! Brenner nissan Sales team is "CHEATER". I bought used car from Brenner before 2 years, that time, sales manager/sales person confirmed that all tires are new. But, in my last service, they bought used car from Brenner before 2 years, that time, sales manager/sales person confirmed that all tires are new. But, in my last service, they asked me for all tires replace, I have just drove 16000 miles only. I spoke to General Manager (sales) and General manager of Brenner Nissan, they offered me free allignments after tire replace but he is also the same like thier team. When I replaced my tires today, he denied the ofer and charged for the same. I paid as I have to for taking back my car. Based on my "HORRIBLE" experience with Brenner, I would say General manager is aware of their business policies and know that their team is making fool to customers. I would say BRENNER NISSAN SALES TEAM IS CHEATER. BE AWARE OF CHEATERS/LIERS. I would really appreciate Service team, they are kind and good enough for customer service. ANybody can contact me for more details, but I would not advocate to deal with BRENNER NISSAN anytime. More

Waverly Parker was completely reassuring about my credit application and checked on me often during the transfer process. Gino waved his magic wand and, poof! Got me a great deal with a fantastic bank. The entire process was 3 hours, start to finish. Jenna was phenomenal. She knew my prospective vehicle inside and out, and was equally attentive to the questions my 10-year-old had about the new car. I will happily be referring my family and friends to Brenner Nissan. And I look forward to doing business with them again in the future! More
I brought my car in for repair of the rear end after an accident. They exceeded my expectations at every level, including time of repair. Joseph Chow was a great communicating with me using e-mail. He never asked for a phone number to contact me. When we settled on a price we set up a day and time to pick the car up. Corey Bowman was familar with all the features of the vehicle and was able to answer my questions. He took me on a tour of the facility. All the employees were friendly and made me feel welcome. Stacy Stine was great at getting my paperwork taken care of quickly. She offered me a couple options but never pushed for me to buy anything extra. She just let me know what was available and what financing options I had. Even with the tour I was in and out with my new 2011 Nissan Versa in record time without feeling rushed.
