Brenner Nissan responded

The customer bought this vehicle used 2 years ago. When he purchased the vehicle the tires were not new. When he came in for service, we advised him that his tires were getting low and he should think about replacing them at the next service. Since he has driven the vehicle for 2 years this is considered normal wear and tear on the tires. He refused to pay for new tires. Because he services his vehicle with us, as a goodwill gesture we agreed to purchase 1 tire and also offered to pay for the mount and balance of all 4 tires. He agreed to this solution, but when we performed the work he refused to pay for the agreed services. We still honored our original agreement and did not charge him for the tire or the mount and balance of all 4 tires. Customer service is and always will be the cornerstone of our business. Good reputation and good customer service have kept us in business for 90 years and we thank our customers for that.
