DO NOT USE BODYSHOP ! Incompetent, sloppy and liars. Brought car here to be repaired, and they sent it back with more issues than it came in with! Someone’s greasy ha ! Incompetent, sloppy and liars. Brought car here to be repaired, and they sent it back with more issues than it came in with! Someone’s greasy hand prints were all over the interior roof of the car AND there was a rip in it! (Part of the repair was to the liftgate, clearly they did this damage in that repair.). Then, in the process of having a long list of other issues “re”fixed, the Body Shop Manager, CHRIS, proceeded to tell me I was lying about damage they did to the interior. Too bad his employee had already accepted the accountability for his damage. Repeated calls to GM have not been returned. I’ve never heard of anything like this, which is why I’m compelled to spread the word. BEWARE of the bodyshop and the manager, CHRIS. More

These Guys Know What They're Doing!!! Mike Hoke and Issac Nixon placed me in a beautiful brand new 2017 Black Midnight SR Maxima. I called Issac on the phone through a family reference that's been using them for years. I told him what I wanted and how much I could afford. He accepted my discounts and did what he could for me at the best price compared to any other dealer. It took 10 minutes on the phone to lock down a deal and only 1 day later, Mike Hoke delivered the beauty to my driveway! 2 minutes to sign all the paperwork and I was on my way! It's the best ride for the best value and I couldn't have gotten anything nearly this nice without their loyalty to their returning customers. Issac and Mike realized that this was my first car I was getting on my own and they wanted to do everything to make sure I was comfortable and set up to be a lifelong customer, and that's exactly what they got. I am only a month in to having this car and I have already put them in contact with 2 others that will be sure to use them for their next vehicle. These guys at Brenner know what they're doing, make sure you reach out to Issac & Mike, they know what they're talking about and they admire and truly value your business. More
Mixed Review - Update if Service Problem - Need "Not Sure" Recently purchased a new car. Sales person spent a good amount of time during several test drives and did not rush us and was good with working up a Recently purchased a new car. However, in several phone conversations with the sales person and other employees, they just couldn't get communication: will call back -> had to do the calling back, agreed on that rest of payment would not occur until receipt/review/acceptance of car -> go to sign papers and several people are pushing for rest of payment (why because lady came w/o man??), 1/2 hour to sign papers turned into a solid hour (show room is pretty bare bones), come to pick up car (sales person is off which they didn't tell us) -> they weren't ready for us -> lots more waiting in bare bones show room, small issue with car which they readily and rapidly fixed, fortunately, the sales person who did take care of us has their act together, was helpful and informative > process took a good 2 hours, was supposed to have additional accessory provided -> didn't have, had to order, make another trip to the dealership... Go back in a month for a free check up to see if everything ok. After reading some not-so-good reviews on service, I'm a bit concerned. Hopefully, only need to deal with oil changes (in order to retain Buyer's Edge warranty). Will update this review/add a new one if any issue with service. More

Best car buying experience we've had. We contacted Brenner and were given an appointment with Wayne Taylor, and we are so thankful we did. Wayne is incredibly genuine and did everything he could to make us happy and kept our best interest at heart. We drove home from that appointment unexpectedly with a barely used 2015 vehicle, and 3 months later we returned to Wayne to lease a brand new 2016 Rogue. In both cases he went above and beyond to get us exactly what we were looking for. We went into that first appointment knowing that we needed two cars within a few months of each other, however, we were looking at a different brand than Nissan for the new one. After meeting with Wayne we knew we didn't want to even think about dealing with anyone else. Brenton Thompson was also a great help in showing us the tech functions in the Rogue. Everyone else we encountered during our visit was also extremely respectful, friendly, and quick to try to help. I doubt we'll be turning to any other dealership in the future. Thank you, Brenner!
