Very dishonest. I purchased what I thought to be one of the top of the line ram 1500'sport on October 29, 2015. In the first 30 days it made 5 trips to the service de I purchased what I thought to be one of the top of the line ram 1500'sport on October 29, 2015. In the first 30 days it made 5 trips to the service department for issues ranging from a safety recall to the paint peeling off of the front bumper. As for the paint, I was informed that it would not be repaired under my warranty because I had used a car wash. After battling with Chrysler customer care about getting my truck repaired and being repeatedly denied I have taken my truck to 3 independent body shops. All of who came to the same conclusion.. My truck had prior damage to the front bumper that required at least refinishing which was done incompletely, allowing the paint to come off. Considering that Brennan Dodge haDakota had the truck since transport, this had to have occurred there. The next issue was a safety recall on a possible weak axle. I dropped the truck off on Thursday. When I picked it up on Friday I was given a shop invoice certifying completion of the repairs and that the removal of the axle revealed that replacement was not necessary. A subsequent vehicle inspection revealed the the recall was never performed. When confronted, Angie in service stated that it was a misunderstanding. I won't believe that. They sold me a previously damaged vehicle without divulging that information to me. They claimed to provide services that weren't rendered. I now have a $64,000 truck that the warranty for paint isn't any good and cant't claim against Chrysler because it's not their paint. More

This dealship does not take care there customer.
