Took my truck in for several recall items. ...was told my water pump was leaking badly and needed to be replaced for $3500 and that i had been adding coolant wrong. Refused that work and got t ...was told my water pump was leaking badly and needed to be replaced for $3500 and that i had been adding coolant wrong. Refused that work and got the truck back with no problems from a bad leaking water pump...no coolant loss at all. Seems there was never a water pump issue just tried making unnecessary repairs to boost profit. The service manager never called to explain how this happened. I doubt i will return to have any future work done at Brenham Dodge. They also left a note on my repair ticket saying truck was unsafe to drive because i turned down an expensive repair that was apparently never needed. More

I drove a 3 hour round trip to this dealership on a saturday to purchased a mopar part for my husband work truck so he could be back to work on a monday. I told the parts guy about the price difference and the young man that helped me called me and apologized and credit back the difference. This just shows how the employees are the ones responsible for their awesome customer service! More
