Quickly got an appointment to have my oil change and tires rotated. I assumed since I made an appointment I would be in and out in less than an hour. Arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early. Wasn't able to talk with my service advisor when I arrived, she was on the phone with or for another customer. No problem. Another service advisor got the ball rolling for vehicle. Sat there for 1 hour and 45 minutes before anyone advised me of the reason for the delay. I understand things are delayed beyond our control, just keep me in the loop. I have been at other dealerships and was advised every few minutes of the process of the appointment. Was very disappointed in the wait time and no communication. I will take my vehicle back for the next oil change and hope the same thing doesn't happen. More
