I contacted Breeden in the morning (Sept 2021) from the hwy while on the way from Charleston, SC to Colorado with a scary and progressively worsening rear axle problem with my 2003 Dodge RAM. Upon arrival early pm, the truck was immediately checked out and we received a most reasonable estimate for rear bearing replacement to be completed the following morning (and a courtesy ride to a hotel!). At 10 am we got a call from Bryan (I think it was Bryan) that the repair was completed; they also found a dangerously corroded front joint control arm and kindly replaced it without additional labor charge. They were totally transparent with what they did showing us the replaced parts and letting us talk to the mechanic who did and explained the work very well. Overall, this was the most friendly and efficient service I ever experienced, and I know that I would have paid significantly more for the same work in Charleston. In summary, they enabled me to be back on the road with my son within less than 24 hrs - remarkable! We both continue to be incredibly grateful for having had the good luck of meeting these friendly and helpful people (everyone we dealt with at Breeden) in Fort Smith. I wish we had them in Charleston. More
