I have to say, that when I got the recall warning for my 2500 dodge ram pick up. I was dreading it as I do not deal with dealerships, other than to walk in and pay cash and leave. Thanks to the folks, at Breeden Dodge, my way of thinking of dealerships has been retracted for that one specifically. from the moment I walked in after making the appointment the gentleman at the service desk was polite, courteous, and completely respectful, even when I was being a pest, he showed me nothing but respect and courtesy. The work was done extremely quickly for the recall, and wall. I was milling around the dealership, ended up in the parts department. Where, as always, I found someone to speak to. Even in there with them trying to work, they were courteous, respectful, and made me feel quite welcome. I even apologized for taking up their time which they replied. They were happy I did, and enjoyed the conversation. The shop manager that came out to get my pick up was totally friendly and respectful. Also, I didn’t get to speak to him much, but I could tell, he was also a respectful man. To be honest, The entire dreaded event, turned into a warm, welcoming time, which I actually look forward to next time I need to go in there.
