Very unfriendly and disrespectful guy When I arrived for my service appointment, this guy didn't even reply to my greeting. Why he didn't reply to my greeting, I don't know or maybe becaus When I arrived for my service appointment, this guy didn't even reply to my greeting. Why he didn't reply to my greeting, I don't know or maybe because of my accent (I am a 66 years old man with a foreign background). In any case, when I started explaining to him what the problem was with my car (btw, I bought it from Bredemann in 2001), he didn't let me finish what I had to say and started raising his voice and telling me that he does not have the parts for the car (it's a Subaru Forester) and that he has to order them, etc. without knowing what the problem was with my car. Basically, he was very unfriendly and rude to a point that I could not stand arguing with him because it was useless since I truly believed that he was determined to get rid of me and he managed to do that. In my opinion, this guy gives a very ugly image on this dealership and the other good people who work there. Because of him, I will recommend to my family members and to my close friends to take their business elsewhere. A bad apple will ruin a whole basket of good apples. The solution is to remove the bad apple from the basket. More

Took my 2012 Tacoma Baja in for it's 60,000 service he My wife and I have our Toyotas serviced at Bredemann and Richard always takes great care of us. Took my 2012 Tacoma Baja in for it's 60,000 service he went over everything that would be done and noted to use full synthetic oil and to keep my K&N air filter. Richard Vasquez was the service consultant that took care of us and his friendliness and professionalism was just fantastic. We new what we wanted done, asked some questions about other services and Richard gave us all the time we needed and advise on what we wanted to get done and things that we may want in the future. He was a total gentleman and definitely as asset to the company. We will be purchasing another car in the future and Bredemann will definitely be our choice, without question.
