Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that you felt that way when you came to our dealership. We have many happy and loyal customers of all ethnicities with all kinds of accents, so it is not fair to make that accusation because we could not complete the services you were requesting. We do not discriminate in any way, and we would not have so many loyal customers, many who even travel from long distances to service their vehicles with us, if we did business that way. You arrived with a list of issues with your car including EVAP emission codes that you wanted diagnosed. When Andy learned of the check engine light and the codes stored along with the list of other repairs you were requesting, he advised you that it would be in your best interest to take it to a Subaru Dealer for repairs and diagnosis since these were more complicated issues. I can assure you we would never want to turn away a customer with any type of vehicle if we don’t have to!!! Unfortunately we do not have the diagnostic tools at our Toyota dealership to test and diagnose the codes stores inside of the ECU for a Subaru. Our Chevrolet store services Subaru vehicles since we previously had a Subaru franchise, but our Chevy dealership is currently affected by the 701 union strike so their service department is closed.
