Fortunately that I checked the service report before I made my trip to the dealership. I questioned about the information over the phone, she sounds very convincing that my car haven't have any oil change over a year. In fact, it was done 5 months ago. It may be a mistake, but it makes me question the training and quality of customer service representative. I need to add that the service rep did acknowledge the mistake later through email. More

Very unfriendly and disrespectful guy When I arrived for my service appointment, this guy didn't even reply to my greeting. Why he didn't reply to my greeting, I don't know or maybe becaus When I arrived for my service appointment, this guy didn't even reply to my greeting. Why he didn't reply to my greeting, I don't know or maybe because of my accent (I am a 66 years old man with a foreign background). In any case, when I started explaining to him what the problem was with my car (btw, I bought it from Bredemann in 2001), he didn't let me finish what I had to say and started raising his voice and telling me that he does not have the parts for the car (it's a Subaru Forester) and that he has to order them, etc. without knowing what the problem was with my car. Basically, he was very unfriendly and rude to a point that I could not stand arguing with him because it was useless since I truly believed that he was determined to get rid of me and he managed to do that. In my opinion, this guy gives a very ugly image on this dealership and the other good people who work there. Because of him, I will recommend to my family members and to my close friends to take their business elsewhere. A bad apple will ruin a whole basket of good apples. The solution is to remove the bad apple from the basket. More
