She was returning to college in the morning and had a long drive ahead of her. Of course the service side of Bredemann was completely full. Richard Vasquez said to come on in and he would see what could be done. Indeed, he managed to squeeze me in and resolved the problem. Crisis averted. He is a fabulous embassador for Bredemann. A true professional. Mike B is the brilliant mechanic that solved the problem and extended his already long day on my behalf. inaccurate information about the car being serviced Even though it is nice to call a customer to remind about their service due date, it is unprofessional to provide inaccurate information about the due Even though it is nice to call a customer to remind about their service due date, it is unprofessional to provide inaccurate information about the due date of oil change. Fortunately that I checked the service report before I made my trip to the dealership. I questioned about the information over the phone, she sounds very convincing that my car haven't have any oil change over a year. In fact, it was done 5 months ago. It may be a mistake, but it makes me question the training and quality of customer service representative. I need to add that the service rep did acknowledge the mistake later through email. More
