Service Department is Not Responsive I was about to consider buying a new 4 runner Bredemann. I bought my last one from them. But, I will not buy a new car or use them for service aga I was about to consider buying a new 4 runner Bredemann. I bought my last one from them. But, I will not buy a new car or use them for service again after my last try. I needed an oil change and to have the airbag replaced as part of a recall. After giving them my name and after they looked up my truck, I asked them for a quote for an oil change. They told me $39.95. Then when I got there, they said that prior quote was a mistake and it would cost me $56 because it was a truck that took more oil. When I asked for the quote, they were looking right at my truck record as I had given them my name so they knew it was a truck and refused to honor the quote over the phone. I still needed the airbag fixed as it was not safe and my daughter drives the car. I asked how long it would take. They said about two hours. I left the car and called just before two hours and they said it would be another 30-45 minutes so I went there. When I got there, they had not even started on it and they told me it would take 5 more hours. Tried to complaint to a manger. He had gone home for the day at 4:45 p.m.. My service rep was gone too. Just came back from the dealership where I wanted to service my RAV which has only 15000 miles on it-I endet up trading it in for a RAV4 Limited editi Just came back from the dealership where I wanted to service my RAV which has only 15000 miles on it-I endet up trading it in for a RAV4 Limited edition with 3092 miles on it. Syed was so persuasive and professional that I couldn't help but drive it home. Syed was so wonderful in explaining all the car features, installing my blue tooth device, test driving etc. I can not tell you what an excellent shopping experience I had. Taking service to the next level. I needed immediate service to correct a serious problem with the fuel system with my daughter's Highlander. Richard provided immediate and accurate he I needed immediate service to correct a serious problem with the fuel system with my daughter's Highlander. Richard provided immediate and accurate help to correct a problem that 2 prior mechanics had missed at other shops. He got the parts next day and stayed after the dealership had closed to solve the problem with his talented mechanic to make made sure the work was done correctly. Richard has serviced all 4 of our family's Toyotas. He has earned our trust. Bredemann is indeed fortunate to have him as a member of their team. More

Auto Repair Ripoff My car needed a sensor, I told the advisor exactly which one. He told me that they would need to run a scan for $200 to verify. I then told him I did not want to do the scan or repair if it was not under warranty. They called me later to say the scan verified it was the sensor and it was not under warranty. So instead of checking to see if the part was under warranty first, he decided to go ahead and run the test so the dealership could charge me $200. When I complained they wouldn't refund the money but were willing to take it off the cost of the repair which was $500. When I had the repair done elsewhere the cost was $300. The reality is they jacked up the repair price by $200 so they would keep all the money More
