I had a very bad experience with their service. I took my car in for service 2 months ago and spent almost $5000 and did everything what was recommended by the them. Their promise was if I did all the servi car in for service 2 months ago and spent almost $5000 and did everything what was recommended by the them. Their promise was if I did all the service what they recommend my car won’t have any problems for next five years. Recently my car started having troubles again. When I took it back to them They said I need to replace my transmission for another $5000. If they were little bit more honest at first time around when I took the car in for complete service I would never have spent $5000 dollars on a service and asking me to spent another $5000 after 2 months later. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I think this is a scam and not telling the customer the truth. More

Resetting Scheduled Oil change and Tire Rotation Light This is the last time I will receive service from Bredemann Toyota. The tire rotation and oil change schedule light should have been reset, which was This is the last time I will receive service from Bredemann Toyota. The tire rotation and oil change schedule light should have been reset, which was failed to be done not once but twice on two separate occasions. And it always happens to be whenever I come in for an appointment with this dealer. For me to waste my time, money, and energy to come all the way out here to reset a simple button that takes 5 seconds is infuriating. This is how you lose customers. More

Excellent service provided by Mike Cooper . I had electrical issue in my 2016 Toyota took it to dealership close to my house but they could not find a problem . I called my sales person and he . Service Department is Not Responsive I was about to consider buying a new 4 runner Bredemann. I bought my last one from them. But, I will not buy a new car or use them for service aga I was about to consider buying a new 4 runner Bredemann. I bought my last one from them. But, I will not buy a new car or use them for service again after my last try. I needed an oil change and to have the airbag replaced as part of a recall. After giving them my name and after they looked up my truck, I asked them for a quote for an oil change. They told me $39.95. Then when I got there, they said that prior quote was a mistake and it would cost me $56 because it was a truck that took more oil. When I asked for the quote, they were looking right at my truck record as I had given them my name so they knew it was a truck and refused to honor the quote over the phone. I still needed the airbag fixed as it was not safe and my daughter drives the car. I asked how long it would take. They said about two hours. I left the car and called just before two hours and they said it would be another 30-45 minutes so I went there. When I got there, they had not even started on it and they told me it would take 5 more hours. Tried to complaint to a manger. He had gone home for the day at 4:45 p.m.. My service rep was gone too. Good luck if you try them. I will never go there again to buy anything or for service More
