I don’t know why they bother scheduling appointments to do oil changes and then take over 2 hours to get it done. I have been doing my oil changes at this dealership for a few years and they always make yo do oil changes and then take over 2 hours to get it done. I think the person in charge of scheduling at the dealership should be fired for incompetence. The next time I have to wait hours I will send a bill for my time wasted. More
I've brought my Toyota Camry to this service twice now and the service was done correctly and quickly. They even had a coupon for me to save money. No help from general managers, had to call back multiple times because they will not call back. Find another dealer, any issues they cause will be at your cost. I am a loyal Toyota customer. We have always brought our 3 vehicles to Bredemann since they moved to the location on Dempster. I’ve been very pleased with Richard in the Service Department.
